Intake Fee
$149 (incl GST)
This includes one hour intake & assessment session & an invitation extended to the other party to participate.
Half Day Mediation
$899* (incl GST)
A half day mediation (up to three hours).
Full Day Mediation
$1799* (incl GST)
A full day mediation (up to six hours, 1/2 hour break included).
Extra Time
$300* per hour / per party (incl GST)
This is charged when mediation exceeds the time allocation or additional time is required.
Travel Costs
.85c per Km
Travel costs may apply for travel required outside of Bunbury. Invoiced in advance, when applicable.
Certificates & Documents

Section 60I Certificates or other documentation issued, as required
Room Hire
At Cost
Room hire is at cost (depending on location & avalibility) invoiced in advance, when applicable.
Divorce | Conflict Coaching
$99 per session (incl GST)
Each session includes 1 hr consult & resources.

Extra time is charged at $300 p/hr in 15 minute increments.

Our Mediation Process:
Initial 30Min Session
A Complimentary session to ensure mediation is right for your situation.
Intake Session
1 hr intake session (by phone) to obtain a deeper understanding of the situation. An invitation is then extended to the other party.
Pre-Mediation Counselling
Pre-mediation counselling is undertaken to assist in preparation of the mediation session (if appropriate).
Mediation Session (1/2 Day or Full Day)
A structured, impartial, mediation session is undertaken - assisting parties to negotiate a fair and resonable resolution to the dispute.
Resolution &/or Documentation Issued
Formal agreements are drafted &/or documentation issued.
